aliex express have to be one of the worst online stores i have ever purchased from. i ordered 13 packages and i know because of covid 19 the delivery might take a bit longer... up to 6 weeks but its now been3 mths and i have only recieved 4 items. i go to opena dispute and you cant because the tracking is still in limbo...
i caanot do anything and they dont have a chat you can ask for help... its bad service
dont buy off them their warranty is not honest
