You have zero chance of receiving a refund if your product was not delivered. I ordered $37 worth of masks that were never delivered. I opened a ticket immediately that they said they would not respond to until June. Then in June they say I didn't provide adequate proof that it was never delivered. DO NOT use alibaba or aliexpress. I'm going on all my business pages and social media platforms to spread the work about their scam. Rarely do I get this upset but this is not right.
