Extremely unreliable. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER! it's a gambling, you buy the item you may or may not get it and their feedback system is ridiculous (you can't leave feedback until you say it's arrived even if it isn't!). Just applied for a refund for a purchase of over 2 months ago, they say we don't refund you since purchase protection has not finished! The estimated delivery is BS! don't count on it. It's only good for super cheap hair pins and etc, so if you don't get the item you won't regret it as much.
