I placed an order from them on March 12th (today is June 21st) and my package has not arrived yet. I've gotten several emails over the past few months saying "good news! your package is on the way" then nothing came.. twice this week I got emails saying "bad news, you didnt confirm your order so now it's canceled"
.... I'm sorry, what?
It was just two little bracelets so I decided months ago I didn't care about them anymore.. but what an awful company to take over 3 months and not keep up with customer service. NO. THANKS.
