Horrible customer service and even worse shipping times.
I placed an order early April and was originally told 30-60 days for delivery. At 60 days I received an email saying shipping time was extended another 30 days. It's now been 100 days and AliExpress is refusing a refund. Which according to their own policy I am owed. The tracking very clearly says it's not even in the US and has not arrived in "destination country." They keep asking me to wait and to check with my local office? Um, no. Now they aren't even responding to my inquiry. The seller is refusing to help saying it's not their problem.
Now I'm having to open a dispute with my credit card, which is a total PITA. I don't even know why I placed this order because I know it's just going to be cheap junk. Lesson learned.
