They sent package postage due, which caused a result only on AliExpress website of "customs is holding the package". Curiously, when I inquired at the post office, they have no record of the package at all. Ali says I have to get "official document", but there's nothing to get and they are refusing to honor their buyer protection. It's just an endless loop of dispute, deny, appeal, deny, repeat. I think the "tracking number" is fake since post office has no records. Please don't waste your time with AliExpress, you'll get burned.
