Simply put Aliexpress prioritizes protecting fraudulent sellers over protecting honest customers. Extremely bad experience with a laptop battery that was sold as new original with 2 year guarantee. What i received was a 5 year old battery that arrived damaged and after only 6 months and 75 charging cycles will not charge to more than 45% of its original capacity anymore. The seller simply doesnt respond and Aliexpress support tells me very politely that they don't care and that i will not get any support form them.
