Extremely horrible sellers on the platform. Customer service does not exist, don't waste your time and money. Their refund service and buyer protection is a bogus and no one cares about customer. Bought a $4 item, broken in 10 minutes, ask for refund, asked me to take a photo and upload! and then offered to send me discount for future purchases from his store!!!! Are you kidding me?
