Absolutely awful! I signed up for trial and immediately upgraded to be able to access other documents. It turned out that even with the upgraded membership I still had to pay extra in excess of over £20 per document ordered. Upon realisation that the upgraded subscription was as bad as the free trial I cancelled my paid subscription on the same day and requested a full refund. It was denied and referred back to terms and conditions. I tried to delete my entire account but could not find the option to do so, therefore I emailed to request to withdraw my data consent, to have my account and details deleted. Still waiting. If you are signing up for any of their subscriptions be sure to ask what exactly you are paying for other than what you can actually search for free in other public records. Terrible customer support with complete disregard for common descency. Purely driven by greed and profit without regard for satisfactory results! Shop around!
