Run as fast as you can. I ordered permanent lighting from them. Very expensive. I decided “before the lights shipped” to cancel the order. I contacted customer support to let them know I wanted to cancel. They did email me back and “supposedly” gave it a case number. When I asked for updates, they ignored me. A few days later, they shipped the product and asked me why I wanted to cancel. ????? Ridiculous! I believe they ignored my requests to cancel on purpose. I can only imagine just how difficult it’s going to be to return the lights. At least I can make a formal complaint with my credit card company. Stay away from Anker and don’t be SCAMMED like I was.
