Orderer a power bank on 2/12 that I never received. I emailed them and they responded on 11/12 that there was an error on their system, and I should receive a shipping confirmation on the next 48 hours. 6 days later and still no confirmation. Unacceptable and scammy behavior on their end. They offered a 10% discount (doesn’t even cover the hilarious shipping cost) but I won’t be needing it as I’m never ordering again. Please stay away from their scamming tactics and buy more reputable products.
