Extremely Disappointed with Anker Product and Support I purchased the Anker Bluetooth Selfie Stick (Model A7161) from a duty-free shop two weeks ago while rushing to catch a flight. Unfortunately, it won't charge—even though the indicator light turns on. It’s completely unusable. I reached out to Anker support, but their responses were generic and unhelpful. Each reply felt like a template or chatbot message, and I had to repeat the issue multiple times—clearly, they weren't reading my messages. When they found out I lost my receipt in transit, they quickly deflected all responsibility. I expected much better from a brand like Anker. The product failed, and the customer service experience has been even worse. Truly disappointing.
