I purchase an Anker product via Costco referral. The product came in a box that was falling apart and partially open (as if it was stored out in the elements for a while) and a piece of the product was missing. I contacted Anker support and provided all information they asked for, but they said that they can NOT locate the order in their system. the confirmation email I received start with: costco.anker.com/.... and when clicked it will take you a shopify page... what a mess this company is. Oh, and they don't answer their phones.
