I I placed an order and discovered a better one within a few hours. I promptly called customer care to cancel the order, but they informed me that they couldn’t do so. Instead, they requested that I return the product with the label they would send me via email. However, instead of sending the return label, they provided me with an address where I had to pay the return cost. I had trusted this person, but now you are sending me the FAQ and return policy instead of the return label. This is quite disappointing. It appears that Anker’s policy is to retain customers and their products through unethical means, ultimately making money in the process.
