i have never experienced a company like Argos for such poor service. Twice i have waited in all day, once for a bookcase and today for a desktop pc.
Neither turned up, no explanation, even had a text to say it would be delivered today, but NO it WASN'T.
Absolute cack company and cack customer service. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM ARGOS, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
I spent nearly two months getting my money back on the bookcase, god knows how long i will have to fight to get 400 quid back for the pc. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE.
