Argos were great but the large hacienda chiminea which we bought for a friend's birthday present has only just been built and they need to liaise with the manufacturer as there were no drill holes to attach the mesh door. This required a drill and not just the spanner and Phillips screw driver advised in the instruction leaflet. The chiminea was put together before this was noticed
