Rio wardrobe arrived with a broken door and part missing. returned and refund requested. Still awaiting refund 2020-11-04T08:41:49Z [A:Adam] Perfect now I can see an error of some kind has frozen the automatic refund on the order, I can get finance to look into and fix this by doing a manual refund in 24-48 hours and then it takes 3-5 working days for the bank to put it back into your account?
Argos not now speaking to me on live chat or phone and are not refunding my money. About to report Argos to ombudsman
