I bought a mobile phone from Argos store at Streatham on the 27/6/15 but was locked to Vodafone which I didn't realise. When I got home and checked that's was then I got to know. I took the phone back to exchange it to another phone that is open, the manager said she won't take the phone because it has finger prints so it is not in re-selling order. I told I will pay the extra for the other phone but she didn't. I told her how could I have looked at phone without holding it and the phone was not having and plastic cover on the screen to protect it. That was within an hour of the purchase and the phone and box was all in very good condition but she said because it got finger prints she won't exchange it. I will never shope in Argos again nor recommend it to any one. That's very bad way of doing business and silli excuse for not exchanging the phone.
