I had an email from argos to say they had a sale on. So I looked around to see if there was anything of interest for presents or otherwise. I reserved what is listed as 'Lego Mixels Flain', toys my nephews collect and great stocking fillers for presents. I got the mrs to go and collect them as I was working. She paid and when they were ready they were completely wrong items. They were a complete mixture of other Mixels (there are many to collect that's the whole point). The listed item is from wave1 or the 1st collection of 9, what she was actually given was wave4, the 4th collection which my nephews and most kids would have as they were not long released. My mrs queried it with the lady, to which she was calling my mrs a liar saying that the listing was for an assortment or items - WHICH IT ISN'T..........
These idiots are listing items incorrectly and blaming us for it.
I tried to leave a review on their actual website to stop anyone else being conned, but they screen each review so it obviously wont make it on there.
I have had to file a internal complaint against the members of staff, the store itself and the items they have listed. It is false advertising and THEY are in the wrong - no-one else.
I will now have to go to return these, and the hassle of probably an argument with whichever numpty decides that they think Argos logic is correct.
Digusting Service - manners are appalling, and as the customer your left p****d off and annoyed that you have wasted you time, buying these, chasing answers for nothing.
