I have used Argos for quite a few years and really can't fault them. The ultimate complement was paid to Argos by one of the Japanese students I worked with who said one day that Argos was 'quite good', which is Japanese speak for 'almost all customer service in the UK is rubbish compared to Japan (which is absolutely true) so I am shocked to find somewhere that works so well'. Not quite the John Lewis standard but very good all the same.
