Purchased a new kettle from an Argos store, worst kettle ever, all drinks taste of plastic.
Was told I could only return to a Sainsburys store. Not possible with current lockdown restrictions as no store local.
This was not made clear when item purchased so have to buy another kettle. Waste of £35.
Live chat said I could have a refund. Refunds dept said I could not until item returned, which is not possible.
