Delivery failed and the costumer service was rude and absolutely useless. Costumer service declined to send an email, costumers are not allowed to speak to supervisors, costumer service person declined to identify his name and declined to provide a reference number for the phone call.
Basically, costumers have no rights and everything is done to protect the company rather than the costumers.
