Original item arrived damaged then replacement arrived damaged . Spent over a month chasing refund. Each time I call I’m told 3to 5 days then sorry previous adviser didn’t process refund correctly so be another 7days, 5to 6 days and so on and I’m still waiting , have had advisers ending calls half way through or saying they will check it out with their finance team then the call cuts off!!!! Argos was my go to for everything but will never use again! Refunds and customer service is awful!!! Was contacted by Argos customer service after I left a review on another site who promised will be sorted and refund be back into my account in 5working days and this is now day 12. Contacted them again and now been told 7 working days!!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID.
