Ordered a BBQ £120 online, tried 3 attempts with various funding sources Bank / PAYPAL and no Order was process but £360 came out of my accounts. I contacted Live Chat (Kirby) and he said not Argos problem and I would have to wait upto 30 days for a refund because of an online Argos fault. I contacted the Bank and PAYPAL and they said Argos would have to cancel the failed orders. This is basically fraud on a massive scale and Argos offer no apology or recompense.
Basically don't use Argos Online.
