I paid for a washing machine 7 weeks ago and you would not believe the blatant lies that I’ve been told by Argos employees. I have now requested a refund which hasn’t been sent yet. I am not holding my breath. What an unprofessional company, all too ready to take your money but the customer service is appalling.
