Argos customer service is absolute rubbish. The reps have no power to help. There is no email address to complain to. The Twitter reps don't reply. I've got an Argos gift card with £208 on it that I cannot use because the Argos system won't accept the number. Argos say the card and balance are valid but don't have anyway to make it work. So they have my money and I can't spend it. Extremely frustrating and an example of how companies are making it harder and harder to complain to them. The only thing I can do is go online and write as many scathing reviews as I can
