My complaint is not so much against the service with Argos but the actual products. I have purchased quite a few large items e.g. bed, mattress, sliding doors etc and I have to say all rubbish quality. Argos did try to offer me some vouchers I informed them that I still would never purchase from them again. Needless to say there was no vouchers forthcoming., what would be the purpose.
I have just purchased 3 Freesat boxes at a cost of £500 plus pounds, normally I would have gone through Argos, but as said no more and purchased elsewhere.
