I ordereda set of dumbbells 3days ago to be delivered to my home address the day before yesterday between 7pm and 10pm. On this mentioned day,at about 7pm, I got three emails saying your order has been dispatched, unable to deliver and your order has been cancelled. Yesterday morning I phoned them explaining this situation. They updated my order ( I have got an email as a proof of it) and promised to deliver it to my address yesterday between 2pm and 6pm. Because I still did not have it last night, I decided to go for live chat and explained this again. It was Danielle there who told me that sometimesthey are late and ask me to come back and chat an hour later. I did not do this because I was tired. This morning trying to phone customer services and with being on the phone for 25 minutes, the phone call was cancelled. I am sending the order number 1076351066 and the product number 936/7816 in case someone wants to wake up and send me something I have paid to stop me thinking that someone has taken something that was not theirs.
