Online ordering is awful. 'In stock" is pointless. It's means there's one, SOMEWHERE. Usually 100miles from the nearest town.
Can deliver to one post code but not another? Need a better delivery system.
Told online to 'order in your local store' - that staff in my local store had no idea how to do this.
Website is poor and glitchy.
Staff in store however have always been very helpful.
