Ordered a couple of small items (rechargeable batteries) and booked a 2-6 sa e day delivery slot. Called customer service at 7pm as the goods had not arrived and was told they were on the delivery van and would be with me shortly. Now it is 10.00am the following day, and still no sign of the delivery. Called customer service again and they offered to rebook it today, i declined and cancelled.
No point offering this service if you can' deliver (no pun intended....)
