Argos have no complaints procedure or policy I am told.
Tried to have a repair done under the extended warranty i took out on a settee - zero assistance from Argos and no attempt to resolve. They are simply not interested.
I would try and buy your product elsewhere - fine and cheap when all okay but when your settee needs a repair less than 3 years after purchase - they just are not interested.
