Went on line shopping with Argos, purchased a Sony TV and paid by PayPal. Found it strange I never got a email with my details or a order number but left it that night hoping I would get a email in the morning.
Morning came and no email, so I rang the number provided and was put on hold,47 minutes later still on hold so I hung up. I emailed them again only to get a reply saying we need your order number which they had not sent.
Went back on there web site only to find the TV was now a extra £70 from the night before, so I still have no TV , plus if I did want it now it would cost me more.
I have now opened a case on PayPal against them, so Argos will not be getting any further custom from myself or family.
