Shocking customer service. Requested a delivery of a fridge to my work address but the confirmation e mail said it was to be delivered to my home address. I sent an e mail to change this but nothing. Rang them to change the address and after a very frustrating 15 minute call they say I have to refuse the delivery, then ring back up to re-arrange a new delivery. I have decided to ring back up and cancel.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
