I recently purchased a product from Argos and was promised next day delivery. Unfortunately i did not receive it the next day. I was forced to stay at home waiting for a parcel that was not coming. I only found out that Argos had not yet dispatched the parcel until i contacted Yodel. Argos should not make promises if they can not deliver. I rather have been told it will be delivered after 5 days and get it that day rather than waste my day waiting for a parcel.
Very Disappointed with the service. On trying to contact the customer service of Argos i spent over 45minutes on HOLD and got fed up and just hung up. Surely no company can be that busy that a call can not be answered in 45minutes.
Would not recommend shopping with Argos online, very poor service. Probably the worst service i have ever received.
