the costumer service is disgusting. i oredered for delivery on 29th nv, it didnt arrive, i have spent approx 164 mins on hold and has eaten into my mobile phone credit.
when i fiannly got through to them i was told that it had been re-booked for the next day. well suprise suprise it did not arrive. so i rang again and asked to be put through to a manager, i was put on hold and then hung up on! so ringing them back again i was then told that they had a backlog of deliveries and that they had lost all traces of my order. i was offered a refund for the delivery charge and when i asked to be put through to a manager again i was told that they didnt have managers because they were just a call centre!
My advice to everybody is: DO NOT USE ARGOS HOME DELIVERY.....
