It's all about how much money Argos can make they don't care about the customers. We ordered a fridge because ours no longer work the only available delivery date was over a week away thats fine we managed to get time off work which is our busy time of the year in work. Argos called and left a voicemail saying they can't deliver on that date. After waiting almost 2 hours on the phone to speak to someone. They gave us a new date but can't promise that will come on that date. That date is over another week away. So that's a day off work waiting for something that might not turn up. Customers service isn't important to them. Wish I read these reviews before ordering anything from Argos. I will never order anything from Argos again. Especially when they said it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to go on. I feel trapped to them pay for goods and a service and all you get is hassle and stress. Such a waste of time and money they can't grantee anything.
