Had an undelivered item which was bought in the Black Friday sales, tried emailing several times but no response, also tried twitter, again no response! When I eventually got an automated email they gave me the link to their live chat, well that was pointless. Tried god knows how many times. Never worked! 3 days later they reply on twitter saying my item was out of stock! Thanks for the email or telling me that when I ordered or when delivering the other stuff. Now the item is double the price!! Crap customer service.
