Had massive issues with the delivery of a 4k TV, but after 40 hours of calls, two refunds (after 3 weeks), and no sign of the gesture of good will totaling 63.95 (still waiting on this), I still have faith in Argos.
The customer service was excellent, except for 2 agents and 2 managers who lied to me and fobbed me off, the rest were great, so I cannot fault the individuals who are working with a badly implement system (fast track).
Remember they are human beings and you do get muppets in all organisations. The vast majority of staff at Argos are great, professional and caring, so please think about that....................
