I ordered an eco drive watch online for my wife's birthday, arrived at the fast track counter to be informed that i need access to my emails. i gave them the printed paperwork and was told to come back later as they were all busy. when i pointed out that there where three people doing nothing and one was sitting on the counter with his feet up. the guy turned and walked away.
I will never shop at Argos agin, they may not care,but i will inform everyone about the lack of service and general don't care mentallity
