Wouldn't even give 1 star if it was an option.
Recently moved house, bought a washing machine from Argos but begrudgingly had to wait a month for it to be delivered.
Roll on yesterday - delivery day, finally!!
Took the day off work and received an email saying delivery will be between 14:30 and 16:30 and the driver will call an hour prior, so I patiently wait.
Later that afternoon I receive another email saying the time slot has been pushed due to delays and we're now looking at 18:30... Fair enough. I wait.
18:30 comes and no update. No call, no text no email. 18:45 the driver calls saying he's on his way and will be here within the hour depending on traffic..... Time ticks by and it's now gone 21:00pm. Nothing. 22:00pm. Nothing. By 23:00 I give up.
This morning arrives, I ring customer service to find out what's going on, to be told, "the driver ran out of time, next delivery date will be next Tuesday"..... Wonderful 😐 another day of money lost sitting around just in case you decide you can be bothered to show up.
Waste of time and money!
