Absolutely crap 'Fast Track' service
I ordered and paid for a toy musical keyboard for as a birthday gift via fast track store collection service. I received a sms and also an email confirming that I can collect the item at selected store between 23rd to 30th December. I went to the store on 23rd and was told by staff that the item has not yet arrived, I showed the sms and also the email which I received from argos confirming the dates. I was advised by staff that the layout of sms and email is incorrect by Argos and that I should come back on Monday the 28th to see if the item has arrived. There is nothing FAST in Argos's FastTrack service. Its only waste of money and our time to go to their store.
