Ordered a TV to be delivered online the following day.
On the plus side, we got a phone call on Friday evening within a few hours of ordering that the delivery slot chosen was unavailable and that they would confirm when the delivery would be made.
No clue until we call the following day in the afternoon, only to find out that the delivery would be 2 days late on a Monday.
One star due to us only being available on weekends, the misleading deliveryb slot and lack of update before confirming a new delivery time.
