Ordered a dog guard, but it was not the same as the one advertised. Had to return next day to sort as shop was closing and I was not allowed to re-enter to sort it out. When I returned no apology or help to find an alternative offered. I therefore accepted refund but as I had used an easy saved card for part of the payment, I was told they could only give me a gift card for that part of the refund. I had no intention of buying anything else with Argos and just wanted my money back. after a 10 minute battle with the manager I finally got the refund I was entitled to.
