The most awful customer service I have ever come across. It took three phone calls (both from myself), half an hour on hold, 11 emails (of which 2 were answered) -not to mention being provided with the wrong email address by the telephone operator, and over a month since my first enquirer for Argos to replace the wrong product they had sent me.
Even when they did replace it, they noted the wrong street down and I had to change that for them. AND, the replacement product STILL wasn't the one I ordered. I hope Argos sort themselves out, not what you would expect from such a large company.
