I ordered a laptop online, the money was taken out of my bank and within minutes I was sent an email and text saying that my order had be cancelled and I should expect a refund in the next 7 working days. Basically I am £350 down for the next 7 working days and I am yet to have anything to show for it.
When I rung customer services all they could tell me was "Yes, the system just canceled your order" with no other explanation.
Absolutely awful service
