Delivery for a fireplace was 2 weeks so ordered item to come on a Sunday between 7am & 12pm. Had a lunch reservation at 1pm so thought this would be fine! Got a text saying item coming between 10.30 & 12.30.
Rang at 12.30 to see where delivery was & 'they're running late, will be a couple of hours'. Had to leave a note to say leave in the garage & it was eventually delivered around 3pm! Not acceptable service. No apology for wasting my morning. Will not be using company again.
