I ordered two items on the 31st May and arranged for delivery on the 4th of July at the time of 6pm-9pm I received a call early that morning to say I would get a call 1 hour before they were to deliver, no call an my items did not arrive!? I then rang the call centre at 8am the next morning on 5th July an spoke to a lady stating my problem she said there was a problem with the driver and he was unable to deliver, but assured me that I would have my packages by 12 noon that day.
When I rang to see when it was coming so I could arrange a new number too be contacted on and for someone to come down to wait in my house as I was working she said it all out on the van so should be there at any time now, when i rang yet again to see where it was up too they had rang my house even though as I was led to believe they knew I wasn't in, they rang anyway an then attempted to deliver the packages!? When not getting any answer (which the wouldn't have as I was WORKING!) took the packages back an signed them off as a cancelled delivery!!????? And allocated them to someone else!! as I found out after 4 phone calls and 5 different people I have spoken too by the 6th call I had lost all hope and nearly my mind as I got told that one of my items was out of stock? I don't know how when it was to be delivered the day before, so now I have came to the conclusion that my packages were never on the van and it's been one big run around and a total waste of my day and time.
I made my final call and by then I just wanted to finish it all so claimed my money back I am unbelievably disappointed in every area this has been handled and will therefore never shop online or in store again.
