Lack of customer service referance no. ARG1960340NX
Recently ordered some Lego sets on line, each one arrived damaged due to items only been packed in a plastic bag.
Then tried to contact the Argos 'customer service' via phone (no answer), on line chat (not available) neither of which worked then sent e-mail after e-mail and today Tuesday I'm still waiting for a reply to my e-mail sent last Friday.
Lets hope Sainsbury's know the meaning of customer service.
