Ordered a washing machine which included fitting and removal of old machine in Hemel. The delivery driver Chris phoned us 2 hours before delivery basically telling us that he could only do delivery only. This Chris person seems to have a horrible reputation as he is on many reviews and seems to be a very poor excuse making employee. We simply cancelled and another company (Currys) handled it. Don't waste your time with Argos or lazy Chris :)
