Ordered £300 worth of items for next day delivery. They marked it as "Delivered- You already have these items!" when in all actuality, I never received any of them. I contacted customer services and all they could say was "Please wait 24-48 hours for our backend team to review the situation" It's been 48 hours and absolutely no response. They cannot tell me which property it was delivered to due to security reasons. It was MY order that I placed with MY money and MY name was all over those parcels and they have an issue with security? I've asked for a refund and I will absolutely never be shopping at Argos again. They're money grabbing, inconsiderate and rude. They do not value their customers, even the loyal ones.
